All products (except for customized Heel Tags) can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase as long as they have not been used or fitted. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your heeltips for another size, please return the original unused heeltips to us, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a note telling us what size you would like instead. 

Refused Packages

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. So please make sure your address is correct!
